I ordered a handmade pan and received a regular pan. When I called the manager was very rude and then started screaming at me and told now you will not get nothing and hung up. So I called back and asked who the manager and owner was. I heard the manager in the background screaming once again at me telling me to call in the morning and how he was going to tell the owner that I ORDERED THE WRONG ONE.
