Nick's Pub And Grill — Restaurant in Town of Horseheads

Unfortunately, GrubHub had forgotten some of the things that we had ordered so I called the restaurant because I wasn't sure what to do about it. When I spoke to the manager, Kelly, she brainstormed some solutions since she was new to GrubHub, too. Her solution was to not only remake all of our meals so they would be fresh but she had also offered to drive it to my house herself. I ended up meeting her halfway and I was met with a very friendly and kind attitude along with several apologies. It demonstrated great problem solving skills when faced with a problem she was not familiar with.

Once home, I dug right into my Western burger with sweet potato fries and it was DELICIOUS. The buns are so soft (I am a sucker for good bread) the burger was cooked to my specified temp and seasoned perfectly. And the honey butter for the sweet potato fries??? I have never had something like that and it was chef's kiss We also ordered a bacon cheeseburger, a steakhouse burger, the mild boneless chicken wings and the combo platter as an appetizer (pretzel brites, mozzarella sticks and potato munchers). The amazing customer service, the quality of food and a manager that truly cares about making things right will keep us coming back for...

An excellent spot for that home town vibe where you're sure to see someone you know. Walls are covered with televisions so grabbing some cold ones, some hot wings and watching any particular sporting event is absolutely possible! The friendliest of staff, dang yummy food, and the best part ZERO ROOM for riffraff at this place. Come in, relax and enjoy conversations with folks in the bar area, or bring the family and have a nice meal in the non-bar section.

It'd be cool to name some wings after me - call em "The Richter Wings" an order of bone-in smothered with damn hot and finished off with garlic parm. These wings are definitely must-order wings!

Had a pre-paid online order for lunch on my Birthday. I showed up and the rude server told me there was no order in the system. I told her that we had a confirmation email showing our order went through about 30 minutes before I showed up to pick it up (the email told us the food would be ready in 30 minutes). The server still acted like I was lying when I gave thr order number. Then I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my food after the order "miraculously" came through after I gave them a bad review on Facebook.
