Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

We went here last Sunday 7/13/25 around 11AM so Corporate can check which staff was working that day. Short lady at the front counter had absolutely no joy in her life, not only that, she was incredibly rude to us too! She made you feel like you are inconveniencing her just by taking your order lol! I said I would like a Whopper Jr pls and an Onion rings instead, and while I was saying it, she was also asking if I want it with cheese. She was pissed because she had to repeat the question again cos I didn't hear her ask me about the cheese. My daughter asked if she can have mixed blue and red frozen drink like all the other fast foods are "happily" doing and she gave us a look that she's pissed again for the request. Girl, why are you working front counter? You should hide behind the burger grill so you don't have to deal with nice customers like us! I told her coworker that she is rude, she's not wearing any name badge but she had keys with her so I'm guessing she's a manager?...

So slow. Omg currently on the line been about 20 mins this is insane there is only two cars in front and behind me. I don’t get it. And I’m at the speaker but they need one second. I work in fast food so I feel their pain most of the time but dude really !? 20 mins !!! FML should’ve never stopped. I guess let’s see if the food was worth it maybe I can give an extra star if my order ever gets taken.

Update : finally got to order.. they gave me my drink top open so it spilled all over me and my sweat shirt. Now it’s half empty. Cool. I also ordered spicy nuggets and got regular . Even cooler. Haven’t had fast food in awhile and this is exactly why. Onion rings are good but that’s about it bc the incorrect nuggets are luke warm. I will never return to...

The worst Berger king I’ve ever been to. The quarter pounder with cheese was so dry and not fresh and barely warm the bread crumbled in my hand no joke. When I turned around and went back to the store they gave me an argument and said they get the bread from bimbo like that so they are liars also. I told them I’m not mad and I’m doing them a favor they will never see me again. I want to north Babylon where the quarter pounder...
