This was our first order from the Red Cajun and Grill. We ordered Cajun wings, pho, crawfish and the Vietnamese pork sandwich. I would return again to try it a second time but I wouldn’t personally get the crawfish again. They were fresh but lacked flavor. The pho was the hit with everyone though it isn’t as good as the best pho I’ve had. My favorite part was the Cajun wings and the pork sandwich. The pork was cooked beautifully and seasoned well. The vegetables were great too. Overall a nice experience for Cajun and Vietnamese food in the commack area.

I ordered the boiled shrimp bag which comes with potatoes and corn and is served in a delicious slightly spicy cajun sauce. The meal also comes with bread, and the server recommended dipping the bread. Took it to another level.
For an appetizer we ordered egg rolls which were served with sweet chili sauce. Caution: Cut them open first so you don’t nuke your mouth. I learned the hard way.

Staff were attentive, courteous, and friendly. Service was fast, but we were the only customers the entire time we dined there. Banh Mi sandwiches were very delicious, flavorful, and filling; we got both the grilled pork and short ribs sandwiches.
