Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

Purchased this beautiful unicorn cake yesterday! It’s so freaking cute & was delicious! I tried the strawberry soft serve which was dairy free & made with oat milk. It was ok for what it was. Don’t think I’d purchase that one again. They did have about 4-5 options that were dairy free & cannot wait to try those next! Zhao helped us (as per the receipt) & she was so kind & gave phenomenal service. Very quick too. The store itself was so clean & they had a ton of options as far as cakes go and even the frozen ice cream section. Will definitely come back...

Under New management so I walked in right before closing got my usual but sadly an ingredient was missing. employee went out of his way to help he left and went to store to get missing ingredient but they were closed offered to substitute with a different item and I was ok with it. even offered to remake it next day if it didn’t taste right but they tried. next day I came in and they kept their word and remade the order excellent service...

Hooray for Oatly!! The employees working were very sweet and we were served quickly. We were able to get plant-based soft serve and a milkshake, which both were so similar to the real thing!!! Especially the milkshake, which typically vegan shakes are very melty and liquid- the cookies and cream oatly shake was quite thick! Will definitely return when I get the craving for ice...
