Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

I moved to the area recently and ordered from DD a lot where I lived before so I was very happy when I saw there was one so close to my new place, but the happiness has quickly turned to frustration. I typically use the app to order because I have a busy and crazy schedule. The first few time I ordered I arrived at the store and had to wait for them to take care of guests on the line before making my order (which defeats the whole purpose of the ordering app.) Many times they don’t make the coffee right, and often it taste like it was made with burnt coffee or dirty water. They also tend to ignore instructions on the online orders. I understand the online orders probably go through a third party so they don’t know the inventory of each individual store but on more the one occasion at this location they were out of things that I ordered and paid for and didn’t communicate this to me, nor did they offer to replace with something else or offer any compensation for the money already spent on their store. Once they were out of donut fries and told me that was no longer a promotion and corporate stopped supplying them, two days later they had donut fries again. A week after that their espresso machine was broken so they could make the iced latte with an extra shot that I ordered so I was offered coffe ($4 cheaper then what I paid for.) And today I order bacon and egg no cheese on a croissant and got bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. When I got home and realized and called I was told “I didn’t make it so I can’t help you, they probably did that cuz we’re out of croissants” and when I asked about the cheese she said “you’d have to come here and speak to a manager, they only work till 3” and she hung up on me. Start to finish this has been the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever dealt with, the bad visits far outnumber the good ones, and even On the good trips the service...

I was there today 5/30/25 at 9.am a nice lady took my order of 2 dozen donuts and a large coffee she made everything perfect she is very sweet always with smile I get a great service from her it was a guy working there but it look like he is just playing around while she was taking care of everything which is no fear when is two people working in front of the business I also bought a sourdough sandwich and the lady at the kitchen did a great job it was delicious they can have all the stars but that guy the managers need to put more attention to employees like him he was on the phone talking...

the recent upgrade here is actually amazing, it feels so much more alive and clean from what it was previously. for starters, they have a radio, so it isnt just silence. second, they have more clean furitnure and these charging tables that let you wireless charge your devices (albeit kinda slow) or you can wire charge it. its a lot more pleasent then from what it was before. food is great and is what you order is what you get. ive never had any mistakes with orders. employees are kind and fast. i would highly reccomend...
