Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

I order my food through the app and prints out exactly the right way I order it on the receipt. But then they make my food wrong anyway. The lady tried to correct it once but still didn't make the food the way i specifically ordered it.

She threw the bag of food at me. There was a bilingual person waiting in line. Who translated to her. The problem she couldn't even read the receipt or screen that showed it the same way i ordered it as well. Apparently she only speaks Spanish. She then made the order the way i ordered it. And not even an apology from her. They need to get English soeaking ppl working there.

Then to make matters worse they have ac on full blast that by the time someone sits down and takes there food out of the bag. Once they take a second bite there food is cold. Now to also mention the ceiling vents leaking water onto the floor. From the ac being on full blast. Setting up a potential fall hazard safety risk. This location just is horrible all around. They have no heat in the winter time and over do it withthe ac in the warmer weather.

They are discriminating against the customers by doing this. There actions are speaking louder then words and there actions are saying they don't want customers to sit and eat inside there establishment but they expect you to be repeat customers. I say until they decide to treat there customers with respect.

Customers should visit other near by Dunkin locations. See they say that im just talking bad about Dunkin. Because if i was i would say go down the block to Starbucks there competition. But im bot saying that im saying visit another nearby Dunkin location to where customers will be giving the respect they deserve.

Sadly this Dunkin' Donut's location has been going down in quality over the past few years. It's now hit bottom.

I bought a half dozen different donuts only to find when I got home that every single donut was hard and unedible. They were bought about 5:00pm so it was not as if it was the end of the night and they were sitting all day and night.

I tried to call them to report it, but they never picked up. I brought them back the next day and traded them in for the same kind and although they were better, they still were a little stale.

You are better off going North on Rt. 110 to the DD on the west side just across from the mall, or go South on Rt. 110 to the best DD around, just across the street from Farmingdale college on the east...

This is the actual 20th time this month this has happened. I go every morning before work. I get the same thing every morning. They forget the bacon every morning. I’ve been checking before i leave so i can go back in and get it right (that’s quite literally not my job) and some days I’m in a rush and get to my office and boom it’s wrong. Get it together can you guys not read babe? So annoying. I really will never go back after this now. I’ve given them endless chances and this was the final straw. There’s worse things in life i know, but i pay extra for bacon every morning and quite literally...
