I gotta give it to them, this is a great Starbucks location. I couldn't imagine the stress that the staff had to handle throughout the pandemic, but they hold themselves together and are continually friendly and patient. Even with the younger staff, I don't feel any "ugh" or eye rolling vibes, no attitude, just genuine kindness. I always drive off with a smile on my face. I can tell they're all working together as a team each day. I love how they are completely complying with regulations on wearing masks (properly) and social distancing. Some Starbucks locations receive my mobile order and don't even make it after I arrive 15 minutes later, making me late to work. Then, they make my drink wrong! This place? Never. It's always ready and made correctly for me. I run in and out to pick up my order in less than a minute, I'm not standing there waiting forever to be noticed when I arrive pick up my order, they attend to every patron equally. I've been waiting for soy milk to be restocked.. other locations haven't done it. This place? They did it. Now, I can finally get my favorite drink each day. Read moreWent to the drive thru one day and wanted to order one of the seasonal drinks. I asked the girl who was taking my order if she could make sure a certain drink was gluten free. She responded with “do you even know what gluten is…? That’s like bread.” I responded with “no, not always - gluten can be in sauces or syrups.” In a nasty way she said to me the drink I chose was gluten free without actually even checking. After a couple of seconds she goes “oh wait, my manager overheard me it’s not gluten free.” No apology… no acknowledgment in the slightest of her mistake… how someone can get really sick with her ignorance. Pulled up to the window to get a regular black iced coffee. No thank you or anything from the staff. Called the location after leaving to notify a manager. She seemed not to really care either. Read more6/7/25 11am-12pm: Ordered through Doordash, and someone picked up my order accidentally.
For over an hour Doordash sent 5 dashers in succession to try and pick up the order but each time they were told someone picked up the order and there was nothing they could do. When Doordash tried to reach this Starbucks the phone was busy, no one picked up, or they were disconnected according to the Doordash rep I spoke to.
I cannot fathom how 5 different dashers came to pick up a single order, were told someone already picked it up, and there was nothing that could be done.
Doordash already refunded me for this but after my suboptimal previous in-store experience I'll choose any other Starbucks...
