I came across this place on doordash and decided to give it a try because it had a decent rating. I spent $87 on my order and was not thrilled at all. Im giving them 1 star solely because the chicken/ shrimp/ vegetable tempura was ok and the portion matched the price (according to my family member), however the chicken and shrimp teriyaki (and the rest of my order) was disappointing. There were only 3 shrimp, and tiny bits of (dry) chicken which were grilled then thrown into watery teriyaki sauce in a small portion sized platter which included a literal scoop of rice and a scoop of noodles. For $13-$14 I expected a more appealiing meal. The chicken yakitori I received were the two tiny shriveled skewers (for a little over $5) ......and even the beef dumplings were extremely small and shriveled. When i called and explained my issue, the lady asked with me I was told that if I don't like what I received then they can't serve me a next time and to order from somewhere else of I dont like the portions. I was not offered my money back for my unsatisfying meal nor was I even given the option to be discounted maybe for something else be it that I spent so much and was very unsatisfied with my meal. Undeniably amazing Sushi.... would be 5 stars however they can't get their pickup times straight. I've had two experiences where after being told the order would take 30 mins... I ended up waiting at least an hour and 15 mins for my food to be ready (40+ mins in the lobby of the restaurant). The last time I had to ask what the status of my order was before finding out it had been sitting packed on the counter for 15 mins... and no one thought to ask "is this anyone's order". Honestly, we had to throw the food in the garbage. We got three sushi rolls and a beef and chicken teriyaki. Sushi smelled, looked terrible and made our stomachs turn.
