China Garden — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Ok it's the Review king doing another local review on a spot where people say the place is 4 stars so let's dig into this spot. first i ordered something right on their menu 20 shrimp with pork fried rice. They told me because it's pork they will only give me 18 shrimp now wait did i hear that right. You have on the menu one thing but gonna short the customer. Hmmm ok let's go further not one cook in the kitchen or helper is wearing gloves so the helper who was just using some cleaner on the walls and mopping is also cooking hmmm shall i continue. Even though i thought the texture of the food looked good and kitchen was maintained I'm not eating it. They can't get me to go back this is only good for 1star the review is out people review king...

This place is disgusting DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR Business. I called to place a catering or and the lady was so nasty over the phone. If I was able to give zero stars I would when I called to place the order I had asked if they had an online menu. She said she did not have an online menu and then I had asked her if she had any family deals, or if they did catering orders, she said yes, when I started asking her questions about the menus a bad attitude this is not someone I would typically wanna do business with. So I asked do you want the business or not. She hung up the phone on me. Loss for words do not give this place your business don’t spend your money. The food is decent but the lady in the front tonight has no idea how to take an order. I went home and came back because she gave me a complete different order then what I wanted. Plus she had said she charges me for something else and I had to pay the difference. I said fine, but when I went to pay with my debit card she had the audacity to say she was going to charge me a fee for using a debit card. I said fine but she was in the wrong. After you make a mistake you should apologize and fix the problem without hesitation. Now they lost a customer. Update: Went back home with my food and they still...
