Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Islip

I honestly wanted to give only two to three stars, but little cesars came through for my in-game rewards for Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2. Here's a few issues I had, but it's managents fault for not teaching proper customer service, and corporate needs pay more attention to this location. Staff has former idea on some promotions. I ordered three separate Call Of Duty Meals, which comes with a large pizza half pepperoni and half cheesy sticks for $7.99 and Includes 20oz Soda. The employee charged me for 3 separate sodas which were 2 liter bottles $3.99 - this falls on Management for not teaching proper customer service and bringing knowledge on current meals and deals. Corporate has SERIOUSLY Neglected this location and needs a update to registers and technology to accept credit cards, cash only here. I feel bad for employees who put up working at this location. Staff on Register 12/22/22 at 6:30 pm were attentive and helped customers place correct orders and did a good customer service. They just need little better training to make sure they include everything for the order. This was my first time here and I was not received crazy sauce which I been wanting to try. The food tastes great and better than most local pizza shops. I don't even think it deserves one star!!!! There was only one worker there, who was extremely annoyed when taking my order in between the phone constantly ringing. As he proceeded to put my pizza in the box with out gloves on or a hair net, he slammed my food around on the counter out of whatever frustration he was experiencing. When he passed my pies to me he almost dropped them on the ground. I checked them only to find out that I did not get what I paid for, when I mentioned it to him his response was "oh well!" So unfortunately in fear of him doing anything worse to my food I just left without what I wanted!! This location can benefit from more staff and Mario definitely needs customer service...

The service is terrible, their attitude sucks, and the signs are dirty. In addition to all this, the workers had no idea what they were doing. Also if your in a hurry to get your pizza, don't go there, there is no such thing here as hot and ready to go. I Wouldn't even give them one star if i could. Would not recommend because they will waste your time, and mess up your order.
