Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Customer service is horrible extremely rude two women i have encountered through drive thru have been nothing but nasty. Apparently there's never any product. I always have to ask if they have something before I order. today i ordered plain stuffed mini bagles they gave me frozen stuffed bagels hard as rock cream cheese was frozen snacken bacon was cold and raw looking ,I know it's pre cooked bacon but it looked raw and it was ice cold. I also ordered a Chai tea it was pure milk and when I mentioned oh this looks really milky the girl rolled her eyes huffed and puffed and said thats your chai tea walked away from the window yelling my food will be out in a minute, she never came back just cursing in the background messing with the other employees,made another kid give me my order. Today will be my last day ever going to this place and i wont be returning spent 15 bucks for milk, raw cold bacon, and frozen bagels only thing good was...

The coffee didn't taste right. Pretty sure it was burnt. I told one of the kids behind the counter who had no idea what I was talking about. He flagged one of his co workers over who basically said "That's just how it always is". To which I replied "No it's not". It seemed like everyone who worked there had no idea what was going on and were too busy playing around. I asked for my money back to which I was told that I have to wait between certain hours on certain days of the week. I told them to stop playing with me. One of the girls offered to call her manager and I was refunded. Honestly I have never had a less professional experience in my entire life and most of the employees had their masks below their noses and just didn't care about anything that was happening in the shop or about anyone that was on...

This used to be my favorite Dunkin. Unfortunately, the two lattes I ordered this morning were straight up milk with added caramel. The heavy set woman who works the window in the morning practically threw my drinks at me and isn’t friendly at all, it doesn’t seem like she speaks English very well but atleast have decent customer service. Ever since she started working here it went downhill. If you go other times when she’s not working the drinks are much better (however inconsistent, I get the same drink every time and it always tastes different) and the staff is friendlier at least. This is honestly so disappointing as I would frequent this location 2-3x week for coffee due to convenience. Please talk to this woman or get her out of this location…she doesn’t seem happy to be working...
