If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I placed my order for carryout at 2:18pm and never received a confirmation email with a pickup time like I was supposed to- all I got was an order number and charge to my credit card. I called about 10 minutes later when I still hadn't received a confirmation email to make sure the order actually went through to the store, and an unhelpful employee just kept saying he hasn't received any orders for carryout, despite the fact that my card was already charged and I had an order number. I hung up on the guy after he repeatedly said the same thing even when I asked what I should do at that point since my card had already been charged. I drove to the store and then saw the confirmation email that finally showed up 10 minutes prior (this is now about 40 minutes after my order was placed) and the guy tells me I have to wait because they only received the order "5 minutes ago." Ok, I'll wait even though I shouldn't have to. Then, this little tween boy is trying to order and realizes he doesn't have enough money for what he ordered, so he asks for just a single slice instead, which, papa john's doesn't have. The employee tells him he can give him a small pizza and a drink for 6 bucks (not sure how either, considering a small pizza alone is $10.99 but that's not my business) and to give him about 15 minutes. The kid says "um, you can keep my money but I don't have 15 minutes to wait, I only have like 5." So the employee rushes and makes sure he gets this kid his food asap and completely disregards that I am waiting on an order that should have already been ready. Here I am an hour after my order was placed and I STILL don't have my food. But hey, at least this kid who should be home doing his homework got his food. Ā Ā Ā Read moreDo not waste your money by coming to this location. I placed an order in person, the man behind the counter was extremely rude and dismissive, and wasn't listening to me. As a result, he put the order in wrong and gave me two wrong items.
I went back into the store and the manager approached me. I explained the situation and the man who took my order at first came to the counter very agitated, arguing with me and saying I was the one in the wrong. I explained that they were the ones who made a mistake on my order. I asked for my order to be corrected. They told me they would not make the correct order, or refund me for the order they messed up. I had to argue to get my money back. They spoke to me like I was a piece of garbage trying to steal from them.
I was more than happy to wait for the corrected order. I was not looking to get anything for free. I just want my correct order.
I finally got my refund and I walked out. There was no excuse for the way they spoke to me, and I will be sure to warn as many people I can about this location. Horrible customer service. If you hate people and dont want to speak to anyone, food service isn't for you! Treating customers like thieves for asking for a correct...

Almost every time the toppings arenāt right or the pizza is majorly under cooked. I tried multiple times to call the store and was told the manager would call me back and never did. Being a business owner myself I was very taken back by the unprofessionalism of another business owner knowing how the world of business goes. I finally after multiple attempts to reach him or her turned around and called the cooperate office where I spoke with Liz and even though she had no power she was amazing on a customer service/professional end. After almost 3 weeks of dealing with this issue the manager now claims I never bought pizza from him. How unprofessional can one business be. Very sad and shows a lot about the people running this store. Letās see if cooperate addresses this finally after dealing with this issue on a professional end for a company thatās a multi million dollar industry and a very unsatisfied customer for almost 3 week...
