If I was in a different mood, things would have happened differently. Probably would have asked to speak with a manager, I go to this Starbucks quite a lot in the mornings. After the gym, it's very convenient and usually treated with the utmost respect. A young lady behind the counter today was extremely disrespectful to me when I grabbed the wrong coffee(honest mistake) I firmly believe it was on her behalf because she looked right at me and said my coffee was ready I took it never sipped it I sat down and got on my phone 1 min late she yells at me from across the counter ''YOU TOOK THE WRONG COFFEE THIS IS YOUR COFFEE'' very nasty to me infront of other customers so I got up and said oh you told me this one was mine and again extremely nasty she said ''no I didn't I said this was yours''. The manager, Carly, was not only rude and unprofessional with me and several other customers, but she also crossed a serious line by harassing me and making me feel extremely uncomfortable. At one point, she even became aggressive and appeared to try to instigate a physical confrontation, which is completely unacceptable behavior from anyone—let alone a manager.
On top of that, I waited over 20 minutes just for a simple coffee, which is completely unreasonable. The store was disorganized and clearly lacking proper management.
The location itself was also in poor condition. It was noticeably dirty, and I observed an employee pretending to clean just to avoid being noticed by management.

She may not have been who made the caramel ribbon crunch wrap but if I asked for any alterations, you need not give me a response of being bothered. I feel that is not the brand that Starbucks puts forth. Hopefully this review reaches the right management and they address the situation accordingly. When you are in a position where you deal with Public, no matter what’s going on in your personal life always be a professional. Unfortunately she lacks a lot of professionalism and diplomacy. I will return some other time to see if her demeanor has changed. Even from the drive-through before seeing her I felt her energy.
