Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Town of Islip

The spoon fulls of meat are so skimpy like half full so those serving spoons are not accurate on there part cause piling is crucial but they aren't even covering the bade of the entire spoon so piles of meat would never happen at my 2 closest locations. And then when the brisket promo is on u don't see the steak/carne asada and brisket is more expensive in general so the give u a half spoon not even covering the base so now I'm starving I eat I usually eat now without breakfast and I will make it footless to dinner at 7or8 but not with 10small cubelets of brisket let aline half of that is fat cause brisket while being tasty expensive cut grilled differently it still has alot of fat on the sides of a Gia t slab and even layered or bricked throughout the meat itself. Any I'm now forced ti by double met cause I don't want to eat again before dinner at or after7ish it's like 1130 when I'm ordering this very overwhelming pricey confusing surprising and negatively coated lunch at Chipotle. And way ii ask quickly how much for double meat can u double it it took 3 ppl on the serving line to ask the next one til they got to the cashier who then tried to search on the register as one man is about to step in front of her to pay. As she's now quickly yet slowly search and about fault to ring the man. I yell to the server no.2 what the he'll imma pay for it anyway it's not too far off from double chicken. And I know that's not more than 2.00 if that. .so as. I continue the experience or should I say obstacle my bill is 36.72 I was like whaaaaaat me and my kid pay min 13.each then I get her guac like 1.50/2.00 and I get steak so my meal overall is the few cent more. But then I said BTW how much was my double meat prob a lil more than chicken so prob 3 or 4. She Siad now I said damn a flat 5.she said no I said I have a lil too much courtesy to return everything cause that's what I should do but it's my fault cause I asked before and should of waited well worked and hunted for the answer. Cause 7.00 is ridiculous YES 7.00 TO DOUBLE BRISKET...THIS HAS CHANGED MY WHOLE LIFE AND OUTLOOK ON CHIPOTLE. So then I said damn too bad yall don't have steak cause I really didn't even want the brisket just cause the standard fee is like 2 to 3 bucks more than steak thus 4to4.50 more than chicken or pork. Anyway. She says , THE STEAK IS ALWAYS AVAIL. .I'm like whaaat was clear to the 1st server that I wanted steak but she didn't really understand me that's another and a different issue to post. But the wasn't even a slot for it. So when the last woman told me it was avail she went down and put a giant metal pot think next the bowls and directed them that that's the steak. I was like wtf I saved the world but nor myself that's cool but geeeesh. I would have save a lil over 10. By getting steak I wouldn't of needed double and I could of gokt extra ghac too but that whole run was the weirdest most expense misunderstood annoying least...

I WILL NOT RETURN UNTIL 80% OF THAT STAFF IS GONE

By far my worst experience.... I placed an online order at 8:43pm The generated system said that my order would be ready at 8:50pm (which I know won't be the case because I ordered 4 quesadillas for myself & friends). I arrived at 9pm. Nothing is done yet which is fine because I knew the 8:50 time was unrealistic. Myself & 3 other people were waiting for their orders as well. I get that it was pretty busy with walk in traffic but the purpose of ordering online is to beat the walk in traffic right? The staff has to be very new because there were about 7-8 staff there with only 3 of them taking orders... There was no organization at all & he gave me the wrong order when we were already over an hour in... One guy goes ahead & says "We'll be remaking your order now"... HOW ARE YOU REMAKING SOMETHING THAT WASN'T DONE!? I continued to wait then they go ahead & tell me that they ran out of one of the key components of my order..... after 1hr & 20 mins I left & requested my refund. I WILL NOT RETURN UNTIL 80% OF THAT STAFF IS GONE....

P.S. They messed up my order the day prior. I requested my order to be place at another Chipotle but for some reason the other location wasn't able to fulfil the...

So I just moved here couple months ago! I’m chipotle lover! I tried it every where!! Westchester, Manhattan, Indianapolis, upstate, a lot of branches!!! I’ve never been disappointed and not satisfied from anything in the world like the way chipotle bay shore on the sunrise highway doing people!!! So I tried this branch literally 20 times (old food, burned chicken, not enough meat!!!!! Not enough avocado!! Like the guy giving me a blood unit from his body!!! Not cooked rice! Over cooked steak! Salty food always always always!!! Save your trip go to any other chipotle in the world but don’t come here all you gonna taste is disappointments!! Look at the workers no one smiles back! They hate the day they start working here! I guess it’s a cursed branch! Save your time and your money! Go to yelp reviews and you’ll see what I’m taking about!!! I moved very close to this branch and i prefer to waste my gas and money to another branch!! At the end bro if you work at chipotle and read this please understand giving people enough food will never affect your salary!!! And remember you decided to be here so please do let everyone pay the mistake you did to yourself!!!! I wish i can give...
