Terrible experience. You would think restaurants that offered gluten free (allergy) food would be more considerate due to the fact that we have an extremely limited choice of what we can eat. We also pay more for basic pizza. I waited what seemed like longer than usual and watched two people who ordered after me get their pizza first which means mine was left in the oven way longer than it should. Once my pizza was ready, it was BURNT. Burnt terribly. And the āpizza cutterā had the nerve to ask me if I wanted any drizzle. I told her āthatās burntā The young lady who was preparing it isnāt the one who cooked it and she simply said āI know Iām sorry. Would you like us to remake it?ā I declined and asked for a refund. Why offer gluten free pizza if your staff is unaware of how to make it and clearly has an issue doing so. To the point where they will burn a pizza right in your face and still sell it to you. Such a disappointment and waste of 30 minutes ! Not one staff member was happy or approachable. They were more concerned with speaking to each other rather than making sure their guests were taken care of and comfortable. Between the rude staff and they burning my pizza right in my face. I would give it 1 star....

They don't tell you they use Uber or Doordash (THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHO THEY USE). After the order was placed, we got a text 'it was on the way - 6 minutes'. A few minutes later we got another text YOUR ORDER WAS CANCELLED. The phone # on the text played a message that the # I am calling from didn't match 'my account' and to go thru the Uber app to reach someone - I DON'T HAVE AN UBER ACCOUNT SO HOW CAN MY # MATCH ANYTHING? Called the store - the less than helpful person that answered first said they never got an order for me. then said it was picked up. When I asked how I get my money back, he said call the 800# on the website. THE WEBSITE DOESN'T HAVE A PHONE # AT ALL. The only way to reach someone is by filling out a stupid 'feedback' form. So now I wait until someone decides to read my feedback form to get resolution? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Now I am down FIFTY dollars and still have no dinner. what a complete waste of an hour of my time. I'll stick to local pizzeria's who have human beings answer the phone and use a good old fashioned STORE...

I cannot believe I drove 20 minutes to this Blaze only to find out that half my vegan cheesybread was missing! I have ordered this item multiple times in the past and it never looks like this. You can clearly see that the shape is much different and the size is smaller. Moreover, they added too much oil. I noticed also that the sauce cups contained less sauce; half of it was missing. They took 100% of my money, but only delivered 50% of my food. The pizza was also a miss. I ordered a herbivore pizza with vegan cheese and it was slimey and slippery and had too much oil as well. I've never had a problem like this before, but today I wasted my time and my hard-earned money. I feel like I've been robbed by Blaze and been given low quality food. I have noticed that Blaze's quality and quantity has been decreasing over time and the prices just keep increasing. It's not like how it was 10 years ago and honestly it's just not worth it anymore. This was the last straw for me. If you want vegan pizza on Long Island I suggest going to Umberto's and ordering from their vegan menu instead or making your own...
