Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Everytime I come here the smoothie is watery..taste literally like water and ice…and my wife over heard the workers say in the morning they put half the ingredients into making it since it’s cheaper in the morning..Definitely think that comes from the Boss,Because the boss rung me up and I showed my military ID and she said she doesn’t do military..Lol I was like yes you do I’ve got rung up with my military discount here before.She looked at me funny,like she was mad then she all of sudden found it..Terrible don’t support this business at all keep going to bayshore,They make the best...

So I came to this cafe and picked up my lunch as I was traveling and left my bag, it’s sad and me being careless enough to not realize when driving back to the city when I called and HunterToppie, as he spelled his name helped me save my bag until the next day and I appreciate their honesty with these things as much as their work. Good regardless is good and everything is smooth and clean with the operations. Staff is friendly and nice and I’d visit this every time I’m in this area. Thanks again for your honesty, kindness...

Been here five times in the past three months. Last this past Saturday around 11:30. Good service and smoothies each and every time. Suggestion I do have is may be better to have another team member or two present in case a few more people come in.
