The staff will lie to you! I ordered the gluten free cauliflower crust. When the pizza was served it clearly did not look like a cauliflower crust but just a regular thin crust. I asked the server if this is surely the gluten free cauliflower crust. He said "yes looks great right". As I had no other options I ate it anyway. The day after I had the worst gastrointestinal problems. Moreover 5he Pizza is also just bad. Both pizzas we ordered were completely soaked in garlic and did not have much other ingredients on it after we scraped that off.

I absolutely love Pronto's 12-inch personal pizzas! The crust is to die for and they have more options for super fresh toppings than anywhere I've ever been. I sincerely hope they do well enough here in town to be an Ithaca staple. If they make any mistakes, or if you are ever not satisfied with your order, they have the integrity to make it right for you. I can't wait for my next pizza night!

Their pizza is good but holy garlic!! I wanted to try their breadsticks and that was a horrible idea. I have never seen so much garlic in my entire life! Why would you add that much chewy, crunchy garlic to a piece of bread?? And no marinara ? Those have to be fixed. But otherwise, the pizza is good (margarita is awesome).

I gave them two stars because the guy I talked to on the phone, the first and the second time that I called to say that my food has not shown up yet, was very nice, and offered to refund my money; and still send me the food, which I declined them in refunding my money. I just wanted to eat.. The food was well over an hour late to be delivered. I requested that they leave it outside of my door at the hotel room, like every other delivery service in Ithaca, then the girl who was delivering my food called me and informed me that she doesn't do that because of covid-19. So instead, I had to walk outside and have her hand the bag face to face, talk about about your Covid-19 contact free delivery... I ordered the bruschetta and also a Cobb salad with sweet potatoes. I was really surprised to see that the bruschetta was only three really thin slices of bread, and maybe a slice and a half of tomato diced on top of it, with a couple of other dribs and drabs of green and a spoonful of sauce. For the price of nearly ten dollars! It was very disappointing, the taste of it didn't have any flair and there was no bruschetta on the other two slices of dry bread. The salad had two HUMONGOUS stalks of kale! I like Kale, but not a whole forest of it! If you pluck it out, the salad loses half of its size, but the rest of it was fairly good. They should have added a few things, maybe even a bit of nutmeg to the dressing.. I could see what this restaurant is trying to do, so I will wish them good luck in their endeavors. They should find a new delivery driver.. I won't be...

I tried this place back in February. The staff took 5 min to even realize I was there and the pizza was over priced and terrible. I bought 3 different pizzas to try with a friend and my partner, and not a single one was enjoyable. There was an over-powering garlic and salt flavor that dominated anything that may have even remotely resembled real flavor. The garlic was clearly cheap, citric acid soaked stuff, too. The toppings were not generous either. I may have caught them on a bad day - and I admit everyone has them - but there was nothing about my experience that made me want to go back. I'm pretty sure after reading the other reviews that this place survives off of convenience for...

Extremely disappointing experience. I got to Pronto at the exact time the website said my pickup order would be ready and the pizza was cold and the salad was extremely soggy. The margarita pizza was terrible. It had no flavor, the cheese could barely pass for mozzarella, and the tomatoes were just placed on top. In addition to the terrible taste, it completely fell apart while eating it. I got the power kale salad and it was completely soggy, with barely any tofu or sweet potatoes or quinoa. I’m not sure I minded there being a lack of toppings though, as they tasted completely raw and flavorless, just like the pizza. Complete waste of $30 and will never...
