Great place. When going to out to have a few drinks I want somewhere that is not overly loud, overpriced, with un Friendly staff. This was just the right place. Bartender was attentive and available when needed. Owner was on site. Greeting every person who walked in the door, made it seem like you were a regular customer. Price perfect. There was music form the jukebox playing but it was not blasting so you could actually have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. If you find yourself in North Creek, and you’re looking for great food and a great time with a small town feel, you have to go to the Barking Spider. We rolled into town after a LONG hike in the Adirondacks looking for some food and a place to stay. Our bartender Julie was so personable and genuinely felt bad when we mentioned everywhere was full, she took it upon herself to help us find a place to stay other than the back of our Subaru. AND SHE CAME THROUGH!!

Such a cool hometown bar! You must check out The Barking Spider for a fun time, great drinks, and awesome conversations. The staff and customers are so friendly and offer great tips on local events and things to do in the area.
