So I came here mind you I come here every day, I seem to get treated unfairly I don't know why but every time they hand me my food they literally throw it at me, I always have a habit of saying thank you, the employees literally just look at you and turn around, I work in faster with myself I don't care how because I am I still have a smile on my face and tell people you're welcome, I'm trying to find out her name right now, if I could write this place to zero I would pp, in order for me to put in a review I had to rate it, mines you I don't put many reviews in and when I do all positive, I just don't understand why I got and get treated the way I do, is it because I come in here with my girlfriend and I'm gay I'm not trying to pull that card but I seriously don't know I'm such a nice person I don't deserve it I'm sick of being nice to people long story short don't come here unless you're going to the drive-thru because you get treated like a piece of s* , hope this helps everybody's decision...
Read moreIf I didn't have kids, begging for Happy Meals. I never go to McDs. Every location I go, the staff is rude, either entitled young kids or miserable people who hate food service (more hrly pay for employees who do less). When I order or ask for an extra napkin. I feel like I'm bothering them or something.. it's one of the craziest things I've ever see (no pride). FOod is also gone downhill and is worse and worse every time I go. I dont even taste a hamburger on their sandwiches. I know the minimum wage debacle has made them raise their prices, but the quality is horrible compared to a Five Guys, Ted's or Chick-fil-a, which is almost the same price, depending on what you're ordering. Management should really see what places like Chick-fil-a is doing with their customer and food service training. It's like night and day service. Good luck McDs, I hope you survive, you just may never appeal to someone like me again, but I...
Read moreI ordered and forgot to add sauce. I went up to the counter to see if I can get 1 packet of their garlic sauce. When I went up to ask for it, their manager (who was a short fat sped lady with glasses with glitter in her hair) refused to give it to me saying that she could only give sauce through the app and claimed “I was being nice the first time I gave it to you.” I was confused because I never got any sauce, but then I realized she “mistook” my for another Asian customer who’s only similar characteristic was our race. I told her I was a different Asian and then she rolled her eyes at me, gave me the sauce, and then she told me to be careful next time sarcastically. I’m a Restaurant server and am very sympathetic towards people who work in the food industry because it’s a little chaotic, but her response was rude and not warranted. I hope management either demoted her or fired her. Never coming...
