When I took my first bite of the avocado toast I had no expectations of the existential delight that soon followed. My mouth was overcome with a quivering sensation akin to the overwhelming fullness one experiences when coming home to a house of loved ones after a long and arduous trip. The aromas provided by the homemade sourdough bread upon which this delicacy was perched, bathed my olfactory receptors in a envelope of memory from a day when all bread was prepared in a bakery amongst friends. The subtle crunch, that was subsequently transformed into a soft and delicious consistency caused me to rethink my priorities in life and choose a softer gentler path forward , chasing peace rather than an endless gathering of...

This is a little hidden gem in Lewiston. Driving by today, I noticed the cute little outdoor patio (wish I had snapped some pictures!), so decided to stop in. The inside seating area is also very cute, but what ended up really standing out is the food. I ordered the acai bowl and it was absolutely delicious. So refreshing and healthy and generously sized! It's nice to find a place in Lewiston that serves some healthy, lighter options. Will be back to...
