I have been going to Be Ok Studio on and off for about a year now attending Buti Yoga classes with a friend. I recently started attending more consistently for the Circuit Training classes with Bobbi twice a week. As someone with little prior knowledge of working out, I have found the experience at Be Ok Studio to be incredibly positive. Bobbi is not only extremely knowledgeable but also very comforting. She takes the time to help with form and explains each move patiently, which I really appreciate.
One of the things that sets Be Ok Studio apart is its overall vibe of acceptance and non-judgment. Unlike regular gyms, which I often find cold and overstimulating, Be Ok Studio has a welcoming atmosphere. The lower lighting and the music Bobbi selects creates an environment that allows me to focus solely on my workout.

In the past, I’ve worked out one on one with trainers, gone to the gym on my own, and tried home workouts. Nothing compares to these classes!! When I started going there, the other women were so welcoming and helpful. At 32 I feel the BEST I ever have physically and mentally. Bobbi makes classes fun and motivating.
