Every single time I go in there Judy is always polite and kind. The other woman in there it feels like we every time we go in there we are an inconvenience of her time she should really get another job because if she cannot take orders with a smile instead of treating us like we're dirt will not be going back because of this woman I've been in here multiple times and it's the same thing every single time I don't understand why she can't be professional and do her job instead of snickering and laughing and huffing and puffing it's kind of ridiculous and the professionalism at this Subway is not there she needs to get another job it's ridiculous will not be going back if I could give her...

Meh. The dude behind the counter was less than engaged in his work. My sandwich was good, but he wasn't very helpful as I chose ingredients. Then he dropped my cookie before it made it into the bag, but served it to me anyway. When I asked for napkins, I got "you already have some in your bag" instead of "There are a few in your bag. Would you like some more?" Then he was stingy with them when I insisted. Not big things all in all, but enough that I noticed and was slightly irritated. Sandwiches are ok as long as they are made with your supervision. They simply cannot read the online orders and comprehend that sandwiches are separate and might have separate ingredients. This is the third time we've ordered sandwiches and whoever is working is incapable or unwilling to just read the instructions. Wrong bread, wrong cheese, wrong ingredients, it's kind of bizarre to witness the aftermath of their "process" whatever that may be. Do not order online for pickup, go in there and wait...
