I ordered a wrist corsage for my daughter’s shower and went to pick it up on June 28, 2025. I was shocked at the price when I ordered over the Phone however I was told it was going to be gorgeous!. The day before the shower, I was told that the florist shop was open until 12. We pulled up and the owner was in the parking lot in her vehicle and the store was closed. The door was opened for us. We walked Into the shop and she didn’t even bother to turn on the lights. I was handed a corsage that would fit a small toddler. As I watched your pull off the dead rose petals on the corsage. I was baffled because I have worked for a florist in the past And that corsage would’ve never left that building where I worked. I was in such a hurry to pick up the cake down the street and did not have time to discuss it more with the owner.. I made a phone call that I would be returning to the store and left a message on their voicemail. The shop was closed and no one Was there and they were supposed to be opened in 12. I then left another voicemail telling them that I am shocked that they charged me $46. Few baby roses, four tiny pieces of eucalyptus and they gave me a huge upcharge charge because they added pearls which may have cost approximately 50 cents. I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before ordering because the reviews are absolutely horrific! In good faith, i felt the owner would Refund my money, but all is the owner’s daughter did was argue, back-and-forth and Degrade me! There is no integrity, no respect. The amount of unprofessionalism is profound! If they would’ve made good and stated that they will give me back my money because they should’ve been open to fix it there would not have been this issue to make a response for a review. The owner’s daughter was so ignorant without even any remorse never said sorry that you were not happy with it.. I have worked in the retail industry, and I bend over backwards for anyone to make something right, especially for these wonderful occasions. When I saw the reviews, I could totally relate to what other people Have gone through. This flower Corsage was so bad I had to call Wegmans and they did an absolute gorgeous corsage right in front of me for 24.99 And the owner’s daughter who I spoke with today told me they don’t do that! I stood there while the lady did it for me so kindly At Wegmans on Niagara Falls Blvd. The roses look like they were run over by a car from enchanted florist and the ones from Wegmans were fresh And they even added embellishments at no charge. It’s businesses like enchanted florist that Obviously seem to be able to get your money as they make you pay in full ahead of time and you have to accept their Disgusting work. The inside of the shop look like a junk store. The owners daughter stated that I should have come in and told them what I wanted and I did not live in that area so I trusted them To take a phone order and do it appropriately. I can only imagine what they send out for orders to people as gifts from others, and people cannot complain because they were given arrangements as a gift. Buyer beware!. I will spread this through Facebook because she told me that she was recording my call and I also recorded hers and I was extremely polite and all she did was argue and said she could bring up more subjects! Horrendous mistake, but I hope to make it right by helping others to stay away from this...

When I called to explain this the person at florist got indignant saying if you do a review this will not be Christian like and you won't be blessed then she hung up and texted my phones unbelievable . Trying to silence me. See text Your ordered standard arrangement which the recipe calls for 3 roses 1hydrangea and 1 alstomeria… We not only put all of those plus one extra alstroemeria, but we also put gun eye and a ribbon. So you got above and beyond your value. Now, if you don’t like our design, that’s another story. The picture from Teleflora has all of the flowers bunch together in the front we spread them out so that (Family)could enjoy the arrangement on his dinner table as it was not a funeral piece that you ordered. Don’t get me wrong. I love this arrangement but we did give you your full value and I’m sorry the Teleflora gives you a different visual than what we see as a designer. It would’ve been much smaller arrangement if we did it like the picture. They broke apart the alstro … the way those flowers grow it’s one stem with about five flowers on it, but they’re not always long enough to break apart and separate them like the picture. It also says on your order to do similar keepsake product, and Flowers. You got above and beyond what you ordered value wise count the flowers. And I’m sure Mr. didn’t tell you. It was a terrible arrangement. I’m sure he was appreciative of receiving it. I heard he’s a great man and I heard she was a great woman and how sad that this is your focus . I hope you have a blessed day. Then continued This is enchanted florist. One last thing picture the hydrangea the size of the hydrangea and those flowers are being stuck in the hydrangea. We could’ve just done that, but we tried to make it look like a bigger arrangement so it didn’t look tiny at the funeral home.

Read moreI had problems with order I placed. I called to try to explain that my order wasn't delivered day promised and I was overcharged $50 on my c/c. Peter was given phone and I TRYED to explain my issues. He interupted me and started talking over me. I could tell he was irritated for some reason. He told me that the day before the florist in California had ran out of flowers and was purchasing them today. What I was TRYING to get him to understand that after I was promised a delivery date of yesterday, noone called me to inform me of the change. They have my card on file for purposes of this nature. And I couldn't even get that out of my mouth of ask why I was charged over what I had agreed upon placing the order. He was talking loud and irritated. My intentions were to change the saying on the flowers card (since the event day had passed) and get the price adjusted to original agreement. But before I could explain my intents Peter yelled, FINE, I'LL JUST CANCEL YOUR ORDER. I asked him why he was being so rude. That is NOT how you do business. The ladies there have never treated me like that. And Jackie is very talented. But after how Peter spoke to me I won't EVER do business there again!
