Pancho's Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Town of Liberty

Panchos has moved from Mill Street to Sullivan Avenue where the old Chinese buffet used to be located. It is the weirdest place someone put an Italian pizzeria in a Chinese buffet. The space is way to big the decor is from the old restaurant and it is just odd. I went in the restroom and there were water stains in the toilets stains on the toilet paper dispensers. Other than a coat of paint (over a paper No Smoking sign) no one even took the time to sweep before opening the doors. The food was just OK not good enough to bring me back though. The one highlight was the waitress. She was very bubbly and welcoming. I waited 5 years to go back to Pancho's. I was pleasantly surprised to see they updated the furniture and the new decor was fun and cheery. We ordered slices of specialty pizza. Mine were disgusting. They had a weird chemical taste. They were over cooked and undercooked at the same time. I grabbed a menu when I walked in and left it behind. I'm good for...

Their pizza crust is delicious, but the prices now are outrageous.

I'm sad because I was excited to have finally found a decent New York-style pizza place in Sullivan County but all of a sudden the prices went sky high. I was stopping a couple times a week to get 3 slices and a 20-oz drink for lunch for myself and a coworker. Used to cost me $9 which I thought was reasonable. Then it was $11. Still doable. Last time I went, it went up to $13 and some change...closer to $14. Nuts! Similarly, I just ordered 2 large pies with just extra cheese and picked them up and the price at the register was $40.45!!!!!

I tried to get my pizza delivered to me at SUNY Sullivan and my pizza took over an hour and the delivery guy was very disrespectful. Usually the pizza gets delivered to the lobby of the dormitory, the delivery guy told me that he was not meeting me in the lobby and that I would have to meet him by the door downstairs where we were told not to go through by our security guy. I spoke to management and they of course they took his side instead of saying "I'm sorry about that can you meet him half way by the sidewalk." He left and when I spoke to him he hung up the phone on me when I asked for a manager and told me he was one. This was very bad service. The Chinese restaurant delivered to me after and had no problem walking to meet me in the lobby....
