Honestly I’ve tried so many times to give them another chance and every time they surprise me with the levels of rudeness and mess ups. I ordered using a free drink coupon and got charged for the drink, when I then told the worker they walked away and started talking on their headset, someone came over and asked what the problem was then said they couldn’t fix it and called over a manager who then asked the same question rudely may I add, then told me there was nothing they could do and I needed to call the corporate number online, WHAT? They wouldn’t refund my card for the drink that they mistakenly charged me for just a few minutes before and just kept insisting on me having to call the corporate number. Not to mention that 9/10 times my order is completely wrong and my supposed to be hot drinks are cold which is extremely shocking considering it all comes out of machines. Read moreWent 2 use the bathroom wich was NOT clean nor did it have n e soap luckily I carry hand sanitizer & upon getting 2 the counter 2 place my order 3 females were standing there chit chatting & didn't seem interested in taking my order til I spoke up & questioned "Excuse me is every1 on a break or is there actually sum1 available 2 take my order within the next min.?" 1 of the 3 females apologized & placed my order quickly the other 2 females gave me mean looks. Then after placing my order I informed the female that took my order that the woman's bathroom was out of soup & in much need of being cleaned. She sent 1 of the females 2 take care of it, but the female was hesitant & the manager came out & told her 2 step away from the servicing area so that she can b spoken with in private. As I was eating my food I noticed that the female slammed the door & exited the facility. Overall what I ordered I admit was enjoyed & would go again & suggest others...
Read moreThis was my first time ordering here and using the app, so I made a mistake and politely asked if the item could be swapped. I even apologized for the inconvenience. Instead of handling it with basic courtesy, the red haired employee made a comment that caused her coworker to laugh, then handed me my order and said in a passive-aggressive tone, “Next time make sure you customize your order.”
Making someone laugh at another person’s expense isn’t professional or kind. You never know what kind of day someone is having, and a little patience or friendliness can go a long way. You can change someone’s entire day by simply being nice and that kind of energy is what keeps people...
