This place doesn't even deserve 1 star but that's all I can put to leave this review .. " Burger king a fast food restaurant " my a$$. If this happened to me 1 time I wouldn't mind but every time I go inside and order something it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get my food. This time I ordered my food at 12:37pm ( a rosea chicken sandwich which consist of buns, chicken patty , bbq sauce and onion rings on top ) waited about 15 minutes for them to come back to the counter to tell me they didnt have onion rings but they will put French fries on it instead. If I wanted to put my French fries on a burger I would have got a cheeseburger. I said no just give me my money back because my girl already wasted 20 minutes of her half hour break waiting to eat. It took then another 5 to 6 minutes to figure out how to get the money back on the card. But then tells me that I already filled my drink up that I have to pay for that. So lucky i didnt throw my drink in his face. I put my drink down and told him I'm not paying for it. If your short on time stay the hell away...
ย ย ย Read moreI went through drive - trough because my daughter was asleep , the girl on the speaker was hard to understand , I had to keep asking what she was saying. When I got to the window they rang me up and asked me to pull forward . I said " there are no cars behind me I will wait here" . She then stated that they are timed on their orders so she needed me to pull - up . Huh ?? . I again stated there are no cars behind me I will wait here ...she went to get her manager , the manager asked me to pull forward . Instead of arguing ( no cars behind me ) I pulled forward . I waited over 5 minutes , then someone walked the order out to me .
Am I missing something here ?? If the order is timed and they had to ask me to move forward did they not fail ??

This location intentionally disregards customers for extended periods at drive-thru screen to create fake drive-thru times instead of taking orders in a timely fashion. They literally wont take an order until the previous customer has completed the order pickup or has been asked to pull up and wait in a parking spot. Waited close to 10min at order screen with no response. Manager Edward presents to customers as a very irritated person. Poor customer service to say the least..... Update. 6-9-24 Same dismal service and bitter employees and management... retaliation on customers who dont accept being shorted on what...
