WARNING, DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! I WAS SOLD A DRINK WITH A CONTAMINATED OBJECT IN IT (APPEARS TO BE BLACK MOLD). INSPECT YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO CONSUMING. i stopped at this location and bought a value meal. long story short, I found a golf ball size piece of plastic in the bottom of my cup. this object appears to have black mold in all the crevices. I reached out to management only to be left on hold for 15-20 minutes then hung up on and when I was able to talk to a manager, she was very rude and unprofessional. she refused to give me her name and said she didn't have time to assist me. I reached out to the district office and corporate office and never heard back from anyone AND IT BEEN OVER A WEEK. I was eventually contacted by the manlius manager who was very nice but seemed to brush this off as no big deal. her explanation was it must have fallen off the dispenser. if this came from the dispenser, this location should be shut down. this object looked like it was pulled from the trash. it makes me feel sick to know that I consumed something with this object soaking in it. I use to eat at this location 1-2 times a week and I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANY BURGER KING LOCATION AGAIN. there is no way to contact anyone locally or national for BURGER King and leaving multiple messages and not hearing back from anyone is beyond aggravating. for the record I did not want a refund or a free meal, just some explanation of how this happened and to be reassured that there would be some kind of disciplinary action for the way I was treated. Read moreGreat service fast food needs to work on service. Most newer reviews are negative. DO SOMTHING ABOUT IT!!!! SO I'm inside waiting at the counter for like 5 to 10 mins. A Mgr asked someone to help me as I had a mobile order which I had set for drivethru but then had to go inside to use the rest room. The lady tells the manager yep be right their and proceeds to go to the stock room grab a sleeve of cups and proceed to stock her drive thru area before even pushing the 2 buttons they need to push to get my order cooking. I actually had to go around thru drive thru as that's the priority. Not counter not mobile orders drove thru. Drive thru is always the priority because you guys keep times and yell and complain if they are to high meanwhile orders inside are taking 3 to 4 times longer. I go to this store all the time. And I am sorry to say today they earned the one star. Sad. Freaking sad how fast a store can go down the drain with only a few shity employees, crew and managment alike. Shouldn't ignore customers, and certainly shouldn't be rude after you just pointlessly made the person wait almost a half hour for what is supposed to be fast food. Read moreOrdered ahead of time in the app to pick up at the drive-thru. Only a couple cars in front of me when I got there, but it was still several minutes before I got to the speaker. The person in front of me actually left without ordering because of the long wait. By the time I got to the speaker, the line of cars was all the way out to the street, posing a safety hazard for traffic. When I identified myself, they told me to pull up to the window, and it was several more minutes because there was one car in front of me at the window. When I got to the window, they did not have my order ready, they had somebody else's food, so there was apparently a miscommunication and I was asked to go pull up in the parking lot. By the time I got my food, it was 25 minutes after I had originally placed the order. I understand mistakes happen but this long delay is completely unacceptable, especially since it was not a long or complicated order. Pretty routine stuff at normal lunch time hours, there's no excuse for the amount of time I had to wait for this food. If Burger King is having trouble hiring qualified talent, maybe it's time for them to increase wages to get...
