Bought my last cellphone from a big box store?. I had trouble transferring my data contacts al onto my new telephone. They promised to help me but didn't know any more than I did which was very little. I was kept waiting and waiting when waiting was over the result was just as bad. i was missing half of my stuff?This time I went to ATT store in the Manlius New York. There was no wait. The person's there were very Competent and personable. and transferred all my data. They were direct and honest in showing me the features of the phone I bought.. I have bought my last 4 phones from this store so I figured I go back and buy my next 2. When I enter the store there was a vacuum laying on the floor had to step over it to look at the phones on display. The gentleman that was working there seemed nice he seated me and my son to go over my account during that time another customer enter the store he got up from helping me and started helping them after ten minutes of him ignoring me I ended getting up leaving and goin to the bridge street store in east syracuse and purchasing 2 brand new phone. I will never return or recommend this...

The people at this AT&T store were very knowledgeable from aspect of changing carrier to explaining how to use phone and related services. Both Dan and Tim went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us walk out the door with a new working phone for everyone in our family. I never felt rushed or frustrated in the store.
