SkyTop Coffee — Restaurant in Town of Manlius

I wanted to order the sandwich the "cheat" for curbside so I called and was told to use their website. When I went to there site, that I didn't find user-friendly at all, I couldn't find that sandwich so I called back. They informed me that it's the same as some other sandwich just with added bacon. I asked if I could just order on the phone and they said yes, so I ordered it. I picked it up and when I got home realized there was no bacon on it so I called and complained they told me to come back and they would add the bacon. When I got there the lady basically told me it was my fault because I didn't order online!!! Is it also my fault I wonder that there's now bits of chicken on my sandwich as well?? HORRIBLE SERVICE I have to say that skytop redeemed themselves in my book. They refunded me for my last meal and I just ordered from there again and they made me a Delicious sandwich and a huge muffin. I'm very satisfied and the owner was very friendly to me. I recommend the morning star sandwich with added duck bacon to anyone. It's one of the best breakfast sandwiches...

This place is excellent!! The staff is friendly and helpful. Between the 3 of us, we got an almond croissant, the turkey apple brie crepe and mixed berry crepe with nutella.

The almond croissant was amazing. Flaky with a healthy amount of filling unlike most places. I can still recall the taste days later. Buttery a d sweet but not over the top. All their baked goods were made right there...wish we had stomach to try others.

Then we had the savory crepe. First time we've gotten turkey in a crepe where is actual piece of meat and not sliced deli. The brie was mixed with something and was reddish, tasty though. The thinly sliced apple gave just enough crunch for a welcomed mix of texture. Topped with a bit of salad.

Lastly, the mixed berry crepe was also good. Maybe because the other 2 items were phenomenal, this didn't stand out as much but if I had to eat this for the rest of my life as my only meal, I would be happy to sign up for it.

Sky top is by far the best cafe I have ever been to...and offers the best food available in Manlius. We waited very little in an appropriately social distanced line. We ordered an iced chai latte. It came out before we had even finished paying and was absolutely perfect, better than any other cafe, and twice as good as Starbucks. We had “the cheat” - an egg sandwich (eggs are your choice) elevated by awesome bread, duck bacon, arugula, balsamic glaze and cheese of choice. Both varieties of sweet crepes we had were also amazing.

The staff was extremely friendly. Not to mention that the ambiance and decor is modern yet comfortable, the outdoor seating (though full) looked inviting. The choice of serving materials were functional, stylish and showed a commitment to eco-consciousness and sustainability.
