With complete understanding- this location speaks zero English. Which is fine with the exception that when you are showing a picture of exactly what you want and they still do not understand. Massages received are nice but last time I went they used tips that were too narrow for my actual nail and no matter how many times I requested shorter, I still left with long long nails because of the language barrier issue. I asked for a glitter top coat-had to say never mind because no one could understand. Which again- I understand and it is okay-but if a service is being provided I suggest having at least one person who can interpret. Also my friend got passed to 3 different people. She got a gel manicure, and ended up with short nails because they didn’t understand that someone already trimmed her nails when she tried telling them. Went with my mom to get our nails done for her wedding. It was my first time EVER getting my nails done at a salon, so I’m unfamiliar with any of the terminology or how to describe specify what I want/wanted. They didn’t take the time to explain anything to me which was frustrating. The lady who did my nails was also very rough with me. She would tell me to relax my hand one minute and then would be harshly moving my fingers/hand the next. (Again, as someone who has never been to a nail salon before, I didn’t know what the usual procedure was) She also threw my hands up which caused my wrists to hint the plexiglass divider.

Wasn’t impressed, and unfortunately I think this will be my first/last time ever going to a nail salon. Awful...

My sister and I went here for my birthday to get gel mani/ pedis. The place was clean, and they were keeping everything sanitized. Very relaxing hot stone pedicure. My guy rushed a little but I thought oh well not a big deal. Overall our experience was(we thought) good. We both tipped them and went to lunch and talked about how good of a job they did. Not a week later did two of my gel polished nails chip off, and my sisters whole polish came off one of her nails. I know the gel is not supposed to be indestructible but we paid the extra for the gel and it didn’t even last a week!! I’m not telling anyone not to go here, you make your decision.
