Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Manlius

This morning I went in with my family. The girl at the front counter was too busy texting to even notice our presence. As I ordered she continued to glance down and text. I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew (which is a drink off the menu), a medium iced coffee, and politely asked if they could mix some mocha syrup in milk since the cooler was out of chocolate milk. With attitude told me to get a chocolate milk out of the cooler. I recieved the iced coffee, an iced water and a second iced coffee with French vanilla syrup. I politely explained that is not what I ordered and told her the ingredients in the vanilla cream cold brew. She stormed away and practically pushed a drink into my hand and said "here" with a smirk and attitude. Once again it was incorrect. I asked another employee to speak to a manager who could not find one. She nicely enough fixed my drink. I know we all have bad days. I know some of us are not cut out for food service, but no manager in sight, and a restaurant full of young employees will always lead...

I'm sitting in my car and have to write this review. I remember coming in here a year ago and,being upset. The place was a wreck. Counter dirty. Coffee leaking and messy. I was mad. Probably rude about it and...Bonnie called me right away. The very same young man waited on me today and has since then. He knew I wasnt happy. Hes a great kid. He stuck with it. Always treated me with respect and decency ..He knows my coffee. Hes very helpful, hes grown and matured and I love to see that with the youngsters, shout out to him. Forget his first name. He has red hair....

I just got curbside pickup and this time they didn't put sweet foam on my coffee like I paid for. That's twice they have messed my order up and I didn't notice till I got home. My advice is to check your orders here, like I should've done! Today I ordered and ordered a strawberry refresher, which when I got there they told me they didn't have so I substituted it for a lemonade which is cheaper but they still paid for the more...
