Subway — Restaurant in Town of Monroe

Been here before but only just now writing a review of this place. it is a nice small subway with chairs if you want to eat there, and easy ordering process. used to come in all the time and ordered the same thing, the workers knew my order, and offered me a free cookie even if i don't want one at that time. Also went here during the pandemic, and used the curbside option as it was cold and i didn't really want to move out of the car. it was an amazing experience, as my order was ready when i got there, and delivered right to my car! Went here yesterday (1/10/2023) and ordered subway to go. As another user said "Sometimes you just feel like subway!" walked in, there was no one there, but immediately heard a voice and a smiling face. perfect welcome btw. i ordered the italian herbs and cheese footlong with chicken terriki. (which is a subway favorite of mine) had provologne cheese with it. after they toasted it, for my toppings i put lettuce, onions, pickles, green peppers, black olives, and the sweet onion sauce. told the guy i wanted it to go, and also purchased a salt and vingar chips that i like. was offered a drink, and a cookie. said no thanks to the drink, as i got soda at home that i drank with my meal. but was given a free cookie. amazing customer service with this subway. This is the worst subway I have ever been to. Every time we go, they do not make it properly. The Italian herb and cheese bread is basically white bread. I paid over $18 for a foot long tuna sub to not even get it made right. It was an online pre order. The instructions are printed very clear. I asked for toasted, she did not toast it. When I selected the tomatoes, I selected ‘less’ and on top of that I typed in special instructions to put on only half please. Tomatoes were on the whole sub. I asked for ‘more’ green peppers, barely any put on. I also selected a bottled Pepsi, and got the fountain cup of Pepsi. Literally the WORST subway I have ever gotten food from.... I work locally and ordered in delivery directly from Subways website. (Door Dash was great- really quick). I settled in to eat my sandwich and found Guacamole on it, which I did NOT order. I can't have Gauc so I know I didn't order it. I called the store directly and the gentleman very rudely kept telling me I ordered the "Cali-Fresh"... which I did not. No receipt I got said Cali-Fresh, and I can't have the Guac. The guy responded by telling me "everyone loves Gauc" ..... he was so rude over the phone. He just kept telling me I got the Cali Fresh......
