McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Montgomery

My boyfriend and I go to this McDonalds because it's convenient and something cheap for a last minute meal. We all know McDonalds takes the cake with their prices. Unfortunately, that's not enough to outweigh what we experienced tonight in the drive-thru. We both ordered McPick 2 for $3. I got a McChicken and Small Fry and he got a Cripsy Chicken Snack Wrap with ONLY cheese and a Small Fry. My half of the order was fine but his Snack Wrap had everything on it when he only wanted cheese. We understood that this happens and decided to go back in the drive-through to get a new one. The employee was nice and didn't ask any questions other than the necessary ones. He hands us what we thought was a new Snack Wrap but it turns out they just wiped off the lettuce and ranch and gave it back. My boyfriend could still taste the flavors he specifically asked to be taken off. All in all, I am not satisfied because they were too lazy to make him a new one, mind you there wasn't a line of any sort behind us or inside. They weren't closing either because it was a 24 hour McDonalds. I can't help but be angry at this act because of the potential risks of someone whom might be allergic and eating the remains of something they deliberately tried to "wipe off". If your order is ever made wrong, don't bother going back. They'll just do exactly what you could have...

I mean.... It's McDonald's 🤷🏽‍♀️ I think as a franchise, all locations are pretty consistent, but as we all know, it's the staff that mostly forms our opinions of a specific location. This specific one almost never messes up my order and if they do, they fix it immediately and are very helpful and friendly about it. They're efficient, even when the lunch rush hits and it's packed. My two cents? Download the McDonald's app. The deals save you so much money over ordering in person, and you earn points which gives you free items. There are always various promotions/deals on the app and they're great deals. You can also order ahead and just give your confirmation code at the speaker/counter (or curbside spots). Staff is friendly, it's usually clean with nice bathrooms, and plenty of parking. And their ice cream machine isn't "broken" every...

Having a play place is great as many locations no longer have them. Having said this, I need to complain about the rectangular table that is right outside the entrance to the play area. It is terrible placement. I have been there with my children and seen children not paying attention walk right into it. My MIL has actually complained about it to the manager when we've seen other children hurt. Well tonight was my sons turn. He ran out of the play place and right smack into the table. He was floored, crying with immediate swelling and cut above his eye and what will definitely turn into a black and blue eye. This table needs to be moved or shortened.
