McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Moreau

My boyfriend, my mother and I went here and we got a double hamburger, a bacon McDouble, small fry four piece nugget and a 2c quarter pounder large with a sweet tea. The person who took our order was very kind and we had reminded her of the double Hamburg, which she calls out loud and clear to add that to our bag, so when we got up to the take out window a bleach blonde guy hands us our order and walks away, doesn’t tell us about the double Hamburg that there is a wait on it. So my mom drives off thinking it was all in the bag but when I was checking it, it didn’t have the double Hamburg, or a 4 piece nugget. So we turned around and came back through and the bleach hair guy gave us attitude asking “why did you drive off?” All rudely and when we tried explaining he shut the drive thru window. Then shows up and throws the bag rudely again to my mother and says “maybe don’t drive off next time without all your food!” Then shuts the window quickly. What kind of service is that!?!? I have worked multiple restaurants businesses as management and would have never allowed an employee to treat a customer like that. Unacceptable service, along with not getting the nuggets. That I paid for, and I guess I paid for dried hamburgers and cold fries too. Definitely not...

I am totally understanding of any wait and super patient when it comes to that. I have never been able to get a French vanilla ice coffee from this location that was made right and it's such a shame as I prefer McDonald's ice coffee over Dunkins but each time they forget the flavor and give me single brewed watered down coffee with ice instead of the double brewed actual ice coffee (I literally used to work at McDonald's so I know it's being done wrong). Sometimes they forget to butter the biscuits so you will get a super dry, hard, barely edible biscuits, and one time I literally was served a bun with just cheese when I ordered a cheeseburger all though in that instance all the employees were upset that someone failed that hard so free pass on that one but still.

I'm willing to wait as long as it takes and I'll never say anything mean to anyone in the service industry but this just happens so often that now I just felt compelled to finally drop a review. I don't reccomnd any breakfast there as it's usual close to not being edible but I barely have issues with lunch menu items. I gave there breakfast and coffee one last shot and it was such a waste. Rather then keep getting bummed over bad food I just will avoid at...

This unfortunately is one of the worst McDonald's in the area. For the longest time, I have seen nothing but problems, poor cleaning, etc from this location. When this location re-openned (before the recent revamp), this place used to always be dirty; Tables not washed, floors having visible dirt. Other times quality of food was not good.

Since the revamp, this place has been better food quality wise, and cleaner than before.

The staff is pretty pleasant that I have interacted with. No complaints there!

The most recent trips, are a good example of this location. Last sunday, I went there, had a simple order: 20 piece, fries and a drink. What I was given, was a 10 piece and the rest; 1/2 the nuggets I paid for (Paid at kiosk). The next sunday (2 days ago) I went there, and apparently their CO2 for the vending machines has not worked for a whole week, so they were hand pouring sodas (I give them credit on...
