Ordered through seamless, they marked on the app our food was delivered at 6:15, when it still hadn’t arrived I called at 6:30 and was told it would be there any minute. It didn’t arrive until 6:45 and all of our food was ice cold and soggy. We live 2.5 minutes from the pizzeria. This was totally unacceptable and we will never order from them again.

While the owner has responded and cited poor conditions, the roads where clear. We live on a main road. It takes 3 turns all on main roads to come to our house but that is not the issue. The issue is the lying. Marking food delivered on the app and then it not showing up for another 30 minutes and when I called being lied to, I could have been told the truth that the food was running late. It arriving ice cold and uneatable was not okay either. Being honest with your customers would go a long way. Admitting that there was an issue on your end would be helpful. If you couldn’t make the deliveries due to poor conditions than you should have removed delivery as an option if you truly care about your staff you would have closed up and shut down...

In Order of 2022, I brought and treated myself and my wife for dinner at the Italia Brick Oven Pizzeria & Restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience!!!

The restaurant’s staff warmly welcomed us upon our arrival and did a great job on promptly taking our orders.

My wife & I had ordered chicken wings and large size pizza pie (half margarita & half plain) and we found our meal to be well cooked, perfectly seasoned and wonderfully delicious!!!

I really wanted to love this place—the pizza itself is actually pretty decent when it finally arrives. Unfortunately, the delivery service is a complete disaster. My last few orders have shown up either cold, missing items, or over an hour late—sometimes all three.

Customer service is practically nonexistent. Calling to ask about a delayed order just gets you put on hold indefinitely or given vague excuses. One time, my food arrived nearly two hours late with no apology and no offer to make it right.

It’s a shame because the food isn’t bad, but until they fix their delivery system and learn how to treat customers with a bit of respect, I won’t be...
