The place is amazing, great variety and nice flavors. Great Job. Oh also btw Ben is the ultimate ice cream shop worker, bringing both skill and personality to the job. He’s got the perfect balance of speed and precision, effortlessly scooping up the perfect portions while keeping the line moving. Whether it’s a classic vanilla cone or a complicated sundae order, he nails it every time. His recommendations are always spot on—he just knows what flavor someone will love. The place just wouldn’t be the same without him; he adds a vibe that makes customers feel like they’re in for more than just ice cream—they're getting an experience.

But what really sets Ben apart is how effortlessly cool he is. No matter how busy the shop gets, he stays chill, handling rushes like they’re no big deal. He chats with customers like they’re old friends, making everyone feel welcome with his easygoing attitude. I went the other day and I was amazed by how beautiful the shop is. They provide many different types of treats ranging from crepes, to milkshakes, to of course ice cream and fro-yo, but also varying candies that I've personally never seen before. I was also pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and accommodating the staff are. In particular a new hire Jacob, while he told me he's still managing the ins and outs I think he's doing an amazing job. Not only is it extremely overpriced but they don’t keep the toppings clean. Ice cream is flavorless and almost tasted like it’s spoilt. I’ve seen them put back the toppings around the counter where people scoop and drop toppings around. It’s so unsanitary and gross to do! The brownie cubes don’t even look like cubes! It looks so old n has other toppings mixed in with it bc clearly it’s not fresh. Strawberries look old and soggy, not fresh at all. Nuts taste bitter as if it hasn’t been changed for 6 months....
