Lamest smoothie place I’ve ever been to. The smoothies are watery and the people working there are NOT FRIENDLY. I had quite a terrible experience here… multiple times. I ordered a smoothie with strawberries and chocolate… what could go wrong?! Everything. It was basically the consistency of water and tasted like straight up plastic. PLEASE save your time and go to some other smoothie place INSTEAD of this one. Or… go to Auntie Anne’s for some pretzels because those things...

Smoothies are good with fresh ingredients and I wish I could leave a higher rating but I work in the mall, have gone many times to stand and wait my entire break with no one there. No sign saying "be back in 10 minute", gate open, lights on, but no one is there. No signs of life. I understand staffing may be a problem but put a sign up or don't open up if no one is going...

First time I went there, the girl took more than 20 minutes to make my açaí bowl. There were just 2 customers ahead of me and she was already preparing their order when I got there. Extremely slow service.

Next time I went there I kept standing there and it was open but there was no one. I waited for 15 mins but no one...
