Today is March 2, 2025 Yesterday we went here for the first time with my daughter, as we were supposed to meet up with my sister and her baby for his second birthday on Wednesday Shortly after our arrival, as I’m sure, many have heard shots were fired down the hall Of the mall I suffer from CMt syndrome my feet are deformed I cannot run I am also seven months pregnant. We were still waiting for my sister to arrive. It was me my five-year-old daughter and my mother figure my daughter’s grandma I want to get Appreciation to the employees while watching my daughter in the toddler area closest to the entrance, I noticed another mother had ran from the entrance into the play area and flew into up where my daughter was, and her daughter was along with her husband and her baby. She basically had panic on her face and pretty much tackled her daughter she said something to her husband and after doing so they basically threw the children out out of there when I walked back at the entrance to try to see what she could have possibly seen. They were closing the main gate of Billy bees. I felt something was wrong and I tried to call my daughter. That’s when people started to run and I heard someone say there was a shooter. Due to my disability, I cannot run My feet are deformed And I knew being seven months pregnant there was no way I was going to be able to climb up in time to get my daughter from the play area because everybody was running my daughter got scared and frozed and fear At the top of the play area and started to cry she couldn’t hear me nor could she see me she didn’t understand what was going on. All I could do was try to yell for her as I tried to get closer to her to see me her grandma saw her and was trying to get to her, but she is 65 years old and couldn’t move as fast, thankfully the employee by the name of Melvin spotted my daughter being the only child still up there and knew we kept calling her didn’t waste a second and basically flew up there and grabbed her and gave her to her grandma. Thank you Melvin. You have no idea how much of a hero you are for that out of all the people running you were the only one who was able to get her to us in a timely manner you were a hero Yesterday You have no idea The managers Quailee and Vivian You both responded so quickly Your employees did amazing I didn’t see much of Vivian besides her closing the gate as there was a lot going on But Quailee You are so strong I watch the tears come down your face during the whole thing I could tell you were terrified, and you didn’t break. I don’t know how you didn’t break, but you didn’t break you had the tears, but no emotion you kept your professionalism. You tried to call the other children and make sure everyone got out of the front doors view. You did an amazingly. I won’t forget the words you told us during that You said that when our children come through that door, they aren’t just our children. They are your children too, and that made my heart melt and it made me feel so much better. You have no idea. As a single mother, hearing those words in a situation like that helped me so much We need more people like you To the rest of the team, who, even before the mall got cleared to evacuate, you continue to go near the front entrance by the tables And get everyone’s belongings to return them to everybody that was beyond bravery The shooter could’ve been by the door and could’ve seen any of you and you still chose to make sure everyone got what they needed their phones, their purses Their kids stuff Absolutely amazing you all deserve to be recognized and I hope what you guys did gets out to everybody. I don’t think I would’ve ever been able to say professional during a situation like that but you all did great if it were up to me the company needs to give you all a raise or something It may have just been a job titled to you guys, but to me you guys were heroes...

As I stated before we had never had an issue with them prior, and I have a lot more appreciation for the company knowing they’ll work hard to correct any mistakes
I want to rate this lower but my kiddo loves it here and we’ve never had an issue until today. Billy Beez honors a 10% discount for military and first responders. We brought my toddler (3 years), infant (3 WEEKS), myself and husband (2 adults total). We were told $29, and I presented my military ID. I was then told the new total was $39. I questioned the worker and she ensured me that was correct as the total was $41, which didn’t make sense considering she had just told me $29. I took the receipt after to double check and saw I was charged for a child, infant, and 2 adults. I asked the worker again why I was charged for the 3 week old infant. Mind you the following pricing is posted in store and online: [Infants under the age of 1 year old are FREE when accompanied by other children in the group. If the infant is entering with just one adult, we can assume they intend to play as they are the only child in the party]. She assured me she was correct and because I used military discount I had to pay $13 for the infant. The $13 price SHOULD have included an adult ticket (even though I already paid for a full price child), yet we were still charged for 2 adults. The worker said there was nothing she could do and a refund wouldn’t be given. Absolutely ridiculous that they INCREASED the price after displaying a military ID. Their sign says employees have final say on cost and prices are not negotiable. If you’re active duty or a first responder, save yourself the trouble and don’t bother with a discount. $40 for one child to play, 2 adults, and a 3-week old is ridiculous. Being overcharged $10 isn’t the end of the world by any means, but it’s the principle of the matter that they insisted I had to pay more due to their “discount”. The icing on the cake was finding a 2” sewing pin/needle in the toddler play area. Pretty disappointed with the service at Billy Beez...
Read moreWe had high hopes for this place. Everyone we knew with young kids told us it was a great place to go to kill a day with the kiddos. Since it’s been raining all summer & they were finally open we figured we’d give them a try. The place appeared clean & well organized from the outside. They give everyone wristbands to help identify families (but it became apparent it’s only by a small scan code) and you must pay for entry even as a parent. You also have to buy “billy beez” socks, but those you only have to buy if you’re playing on the equipment. Although there’s hand sanitizer in a few select locations, they are sometimes hard to find. There are signs indicating you’re not allowed to bring outside food or drink, but there’s no one enforcing that rule and the food selection they have at the snack counter is minimal. There’s no staff unless they’re behind either the front counter or the snack counter. I think there might be a person managing the time at the trampolines - which are extra $ as well. We followed our kids around watching them play, they’d often ask for us to watch them go down a slide or play on something else… not a single staff member was seen cleaning ANYTHING. Given this pandemic we’re very surprised there was no staff assigned to cleaning|sanitizing. The bathroom also got worse and worse as the day went on. Since they require socks- kids are often running into the bathroom in just that and back onto the play equipment. The counters were absolutely drenched in what I can only hope was water. But the floors were disgusting. The men’s bathroom was a dripping wet & an absolute disgusting nightmare. My husband slipped off his shoes so our son could relieve himself with out getting his socks soaking wet & spreading those germs back onto the play equipment. The lack of staff was also an issue when kid were essentially unsupervised at all. Parents were no where to be found, and staff, as I mentioned earlier, are non existent. So you have children acting like bullies or unsafe & no one to step in and ensure EVERYONES safety. I do not plan on going back. it was such a...
