They only had one staff member on duty on a Friday evening. Younger kids were getting harassed and injured by teenagers and there were countless safety issues such as children climbing the nets on the outside of the obstacle course as high as the ceiling while other kids attempted to knock them off. They use the rubber dodgeballs instead of the foam ones and there is no supervision to promote safety. A smaller 10-year-old was hit in the head so hard by a teenager that he couldn't hear out of his ear because the group of teenagers wanted it to be their turn in the area, they were pelting the younger kids and even followed one out to continue hitting him outside of the area. When the singular staff member was notified by a younger kid that he had been hit so hard by a teenager with a dodgeball that the ball popped and was being harassed, the staff member left the facility to "blow off steam" leaving no supervision at all. When the staff member was told by adults that the teenagers were hurting and harassing younger kids and refused to allow them to have their turn, the staff member said that the group of teenagers was bigger, he didn't witness the event, and there's nothing he can do. I attempted to call customer service on the number that claims to be 24/7, to no avail. I've emailed customer service yesterday after this experience and am waiting...

We made a reservation at this location 3 months ago. The associate that sold us a birthday package offered us 5 free jumpers, a person to serve everything, 3 pies, 3 sodas, party favors, and ice pops for All when ready to leave. Our party was from 5-7 and he told us that we had to return the party room at 7 but the kid could stay after because it was the last group for the night. We'll the kid was fired and nothing was honored. We had everything from the party favor and food put in the room where we were. Nothing was served. The person working there at the time of party was not helping at all. She was very negative with all of the things we asked. And because I was talking to her about the issues and not honoring the contract. She even threatened me with calling the police. What kind of person does this to a paying customer. Charged us more money than agreement. She put the pizza in the room didn't inform any body and when we got to it it was cold. The soda was 2 litre hot with no ice. So she ruined our party. We didn't even have time to cut the cake. So you should really think about spending $500+ in this place. It is not...

I was not pleased with this visit overall, though I want to start by recognizing the young man working the front. He was friendly, polite, and did a solid job managing multiple birthday parties on his own.

Unfortunately, the condition of the facility left a lot to be desired. The first impression walking in was poor: the space was dark and dingy, with several lights not working at all. The entire location looked run down, upholstery coming apart, exposed cords, and chipped or dirty flooring throughout.

The bathroom was concerning, with a strong urine smell and only one of four toilet paper rolls stocked.

For a place where you spend around $100 for an hour for a family of four, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. It simply didn’t feel worth the money.
