Red Lobster — Restaurant in Town of New Hartford

We went to store opening time at 11:00 AM on March 22/2022. I love red Lobster and things have been difficult with Covid and it had been several months since I was able to go. I will start with our server Cheryl. On this day she seemed not Happy to be at work. She came over to see if we were ready to order, we needed just our drinks at the moment so she brought them to us and took our order. My sister got a fish sandwich with fries and a coleslaw and I ordered the Ultimate Feast. My sister thought the coleslaw had a perfume taste but the fries were good. After we started eating we stopped our server and had to ask for additional napkins. She never checked with to see if we needed a refill of drinks. I would have had a second. The biscuits as usual were fantastic and I would have asked for an order to go. We finished eating and sat without service for a period of time and finally waved our server over. She never asked us about desert or coffee. With my meal I was not thrilled with the crab legs or the shrimp as they seemed over cooked which surprised me being one of the first customers to arrive. I love seafood! 🦞 I'm been going to Red Lobster every other week for dinner with my best friend! 😊 I went there tonight for a fish fry dinner with my girlfriend. The server that we had was very rude. The fish fry was very oiling and the bake potato had way to much sour cream and no butter and the coleslaw was very running. That was the worse dinner I have had in there and that's the first time I had a rude server too.

Went back to Red Lobster Saturday had a excellent server she was new. She did excellent job! I order the deep fried lobster and shrimp platter. That was awesome especially the french fries that went with it.

Well I am in Red Lobster now and these cook's again are messy your oders and then I got my food right nowand it's cold as hell!😡 And my friends stuff was also real cold too. On top of her fried shrimp was greasy and oily. But she ended up eating it instead of sending it back. 😡😡😡

I recently visited Red Lobster in New Hartford. By far, Red Lobster is my favorite restaurant. I would go more often if it weren't for the hour+ drive and the expense of the meal. As far as the Red Lobster in New Hartford, as a disabled person I was very pleased with the remodeling of the ladies bathroom. They made the entryway bigger so it is easier to get in the ladies room, and they moved the handicap stall. The old placement of the handicap stall made it nearly impossible for a handicapped person to work the door by themselves, and once you were inside the stall there wasn't much room to maneuver to use the toilet. By moving the handicapped stall further down, it made it so much easier to get into the stall, and there now is ample room for my scooter and myself- to be able to use the toilet.
