Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Town of Niagara

The food is extremely affordable. The staff tend to be friendly on most occasions. My favorite meal is the chicken California. It's got chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, provolone, and ranch. It's always been cooked to perfection. My fiance loves steak. He's tried probably three different steak subs from this location. They are average to say the least. He said he'd compare the steak to the frozen store bought steak-um's. Very little flavor and usually very dry. My fiance ordered jalapenos on his sub and it had so little that we didn't even see them until digging through the sandwich. Then I asked for a small cup of jalapenos and the cook got frustrated saying he cooked then in the sandwich. Is that really how you treat a customer who is asking for a small cup of jalapenos because there was only one or two in the sandwich? If he was worried about cost I would have gladly paid extra for what I already asked for from the start. They have a variety of lemonades that are usually pretty good. I forgot to take the picture of my drink before I started drinking it but I still wanted to share them. I got the peach lemonade on the left and my fiance got the strawberry lemonade...

Very rude and horrible workers! The guy that took my daughters order today was very disrespectful to my daughter for no reason. Also the lady who was packaging the food was very rude and just disgusting. She try attempting to give my daughter food she intentionally spit in. The woman thought my daughter didn’t see because her back was turned towards her friend but her friend has caught it on camera. The young lady continually kept being rude to my daughter when my daughter ask for a refund. I can’t understand how this place is still in business! My daughter did nothing to the young lady for her to do such disgusting thing! To the owner please hired new workers myself and my family love you guys never had any issues in the past. Will be sure to stay away from this establishment until better customer service is...

This place is always busy whenever I go to this mall. I finally decided to try it out. It's almost 15 dollars for a large sandwich, I bought it to split with someone else as the sandwich is quite big but I think it would be something I could consume by myself if I was hungry enough. The reason for my lower stars is that the pricing on their menu board does not reflect the price I was charged. I was charged more for an item, I think around 50 cents more than the menu board had listed. I didn't say anything as it was not worth it to me but they really should have changed it on the board if it had been increased. Sandwich was okay,...
