I purchased leggings and as I was leaving I looked at the receipt and noticed that the 30% was not deducted. So I asked the girl that initially helped me and showed her where I found the leggings and she confirmed that it should have been deducted. However, another rep comes and says that the leggings are actually in the wrong rack and someone must have put them there. Which I then responded, “well that’s not my fault, there are at least 6 of he same leggings that are hanging there, how would I know?” I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and the treatment was not great. No resolution was given except that it’s my fault that someone misplaced their leggings under the wrong rack with the 30% discount right above it. I ended up returning the leggings. It was relatively organized with a few chaotic spots mixed in, especially the sale and clearance areas. I found a well priced pair of jelly shoes for my daughter and a tank for myself. Husband didn't have any luck and left empty handed.
