If I could go negative here I would. Family of four. I ordered the 1st slice which was IMMEDIATELY tossed into the oven, before anyone else has a chance to say a word. Next up, another slice and fries. Right into the oven again. Then a pasta salad and a turkey wrap. Both slices sat in the oven until all ordering was completed, drinks chosen and filled, then paid for. Needless to say the slices were roofing shingles by that point. 25 minutes later we inquired as to the rest of the food. Said they had to wait for the wrap to cook. COOK?! Cook what? It's a turkey wrap. Still no fries either. At the 30 minute mark we were told ten more minutes. So we asked for a refund on the items and were met with attitude and disrespect, even by the manager on duty. Real nice customer service. Not even ONE apology about the time or lack of quality. People, there are a LOT of quality pizzerias in that area. Do yourself a huge favor and go to one and leave mall food court Italian where it belongs. Don't waste your hard...

Read moreThe manager named Marissa needs to find a new career. I ordered a grilled chicken salad. She told me it would be 6 minutes, if that. I waited 8 minutes and went back up to counter and no salad. We waited and waited until I gave up and went somewhere else to order food and my husband went to ask for money back. Marisa said she was the manger and would not refund our money and my husband asked for the name of the her manager or the owner and she refused to give him that information and the best part was after my husband was completely frustrated and walked away without our money or salad, Marisa called mall security to complain to them that we were complaining to her. How absolutely ridiculous could a simple visit to the mall to shop and get a salad be?? The mall security guard came over to us and asked us what happened.
