The customer service here is horrible. I ordered dinner for Good Friday for myself and my family through seamless/grub hub and got a confirmation email that my order was confirmed and ready for pickup at 4:30. When I showed up at 4:30 they said my name didn’t sound familiar and when I told them what the order was they said it was cancelled. I told them I never got a cancellation email and the last email I got showed it was confirmed and was still showing confirmed on my app. They told me they could make the food but it would take 40 mins. I asked if I could see the notice they got that it was cancelled and they (no joke) told me someone from seamless called and cancelled it. I called seamless and they told me the order wasn’t cancelled. I explained what happened and they were kind enough to refund me and give me credit toward a future order.
