Four Brothers Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Town of North East

I got screwed! Picked up a takeout order and drove home, opened the bag and I was missing a salad. I dont live down the road, this is the country and it's a 1.5 hour round trip back to this place. So I decided to call and get a refund. The girl on the other end of the line stated she can't give me a refund because she needs my cc. Really? You want me to drive back and forth for a refund? I can get a refund from a company on the otherside of the world and you can't get it done? So she gave me a number of the manager because no one of importance was working that night. I called the next day, no answer. Called the next day no answer, left message after message and nothing. This went one for a week. I finally gave up and excepted the fact I got screwed for $15. It's not about the money, I have done well in life, it's the principle of how companies treat there customers. I don't recommend this place to anyone, they don't treat...

I want to first start by saying that this review has nothing to do with the interactions with the waitress and her service! Her name is Nicole! She was nothing but honest, timely, and prompt. She even seemed very overwhelmed. The kitchen staff was distracted amongst themselves laughing In the back as the waitress was managing every seated inside, phone calls, and to go orders. First the mozzarella sticks came out still frozen and the meal came out burnt. After letting the waitress know we had no hard feelings toward her, she too admitted that the kitchen staff had been messing up on her all day. I went here after work the cashier was nice. I got 2 philly cheese steaks an some onion rings. Ended up bein 50 dollars. An the philly cheese steaks had very little steak rock solid bun, an super dry it was the worst i have ever had. I wont be goin back ever again. I would not recomend getting anything here.
