I received a pair of merino wool socks from this store for Christmas. After the first or second wash the socks had a hole in toe which seemed to be due to a defect in the toe stitching. I thought that since these appeared to be high quality socks from a store that intentionally curates its selection, that it was an issue that the store would be eager to remedy. I was wrong. The employee was dismissive, combative and unhelpful and I was sent away with a worthless pair of month-old defective $25 socks. Service was worse than non existent - I bought a Westerlind one piece work suit but it had no label telling you the fabric or how to care for it. The gentleman running the store had no idea . Further he said there was no sale slip and it would be online which it is NOT. So I cannot check or prove what I was charged or return it or anything.
