McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of North Elba

Made 2 visits to this McDs location in during our 9 day camping trip. Both times the dining room and bathrooms were dirty and gross. Urine on the bathroom floor and just a dirty unkempt state all around. The drink bar was littered with trash all over as the trash receptical was overflowing. Nothing was stocked (lids, napkins, etc). The tables in the lobby were all dirty. The lobby trash cans were overflowing. During rhenfirat visit an employee was attempting to change a garbage and it was all over the floor in huge heaps because of how it overflowed. She bagged it all up and left it sitting on the lobby floor.

I ordered happy meals and was VERY DISAPPOINTED they don't carry white milk as an option for a drink. They only carry chocolate milk and my 3 yr old doesn't drink chocolate milk. To me it's absolutely appalling they don't carry a healthy option of white milk for children. Blows my mind.

On my.second visit, i ordered 2 happy meals again and recieved one happy meal that contained only a child size fry. No apples no hamburger. The girl was so confused when I was trying to tell her the rest of the happy meal was missing. She didn't even apologize for the mistake.

And this McDs is overpriced! Esp for what the whole experience ended up being.

The only positive part of the experience was free wifi after being without for days...

The worst manager I have ever seen at McDonalds. He was rude, unprofessional and very demanding. He even discriminated us by not allowing us to order the food from the lobby, but several other customers were allowed to get inside and place their orders, When I asked the Manager Mike about why he falsely told us that the restaurant was closed and they were only taking drive-thru orders, he made an unjustifiable excuse and said that the side door was left open by mistake, but he never asked the other customers to order the food from drive-thru only. This manager has had several complaints from other customers about his ignorance and attitude. One lady had a real bad experience when Mike walked into the ladies restroom and told her that he was there to check on the paper towels but there were no paper towel holders. I am shocked to see how McDonalds is letting this Manager to continue working there. They should fire him immediately. I am sure his negative attitude is also effecting the other...

It's a McDonald's. It was very clean on this visit. In fact there were 3 people in the men's bathroom cleaning it when I went in to use it. Now I'm not bashful but it felt a little awkward peeing in the bathroom while 3 guys were cleaning the bathroom inches from me. Staff are friendly but the issue with McDonald's these days is the app on the phone. The app seems to get updated every other day and it's difficult to log in and order from. I was unable to order from the app on this occasion and had to go into the store to place my order. How can you rate the friendliness of a computer kiosk? My only interaction with the staff except for the bathroom of course was to get my food and they simply called out my name and handed me my meal. Maybe it's me and I'm stuck in the past but one of the reasons to go out to eat is to interact with...
