Pistana Brothers Pizza — Restaurant in Town of North Greenbush

It's not every day that you order a pizza that is head and shoulders above the rest. We tried this place recently and were amazed at how delicious the pizza is. We happened to be in the area and ordered takeout. The restaurant is just down the road from HVCC. They have on-site dining and it is very clean inside, decorated with a nostalgic 80's action movie vibe, with plenty of room for large groups to come in and chill for a bit.

The menu has both round and square pizzas, as well as combination pricing with wings. The topping selection is literally endless. I will caution anyone ordering wings here though that the hot sauce is the real deal, I actually needed to pause between wings because they were on fire. Overall, amazing food. We’ve moved up here a year ago to WAtervliet and have been searching for a great pizza place and Pistana Brothers is the place!!! Great food, great customer service and everyone just makes you feel warm and welcomed!! I’ve encountered lots of racism treatments at plenty of establishments but at Pistanas, they don’t see color and everyone is treated equally and I have so much respect for them!! I even asked if they made the kind of Sicilian Pizza I grew up on with the cheese on the bottom and the sauce on the top, and even though the gentleman said he wasn’t familiar with it, he was more than willing to make it for me!! WOW😍 First of all, I’ll start off by saying that my fiancé and I spent months trying local pizza places to find the best one... LOOK NO FURTHER! Their chicken bacon ranch pizza is one of the best pizzas of all time. DO NOT get me started on their boneless garlic parm wings, I had to scream with every bite I took they were SO DELICIOUS (not an exaggeration). They’re my new favorite wings on this earth and I will be adding them to our weekly order! I have to mention, their blue cheese is the BEST I’ve EVER had in my entire life.
