Joseph L. Bruno Stadium — Attraction in Town of North Greenbush

July 2025 update to below review. Still great ballpark and event for families. The food though, while prices are very reasonable, leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered hot dogs, hamburgers and fries for 3 of us. Ordered 10 minutes before game time.

Hot dog buns were cold and stale, hot dogs were at best room temp. Barely warmed up. Hamburgers had decent flavor but buns were stuck to both sides of the burger making it impossible to add condiments without tearing up the bun. Fries were good, crunchy. Salty. The ice cream saved the days, cold, tasty. I hope the concessions can do a better job presenting their food going forward.

Previous years. Great family friendly, modern ballpark, not a bad seat in the house. Free parking, inexpensive tickets and mostly reasonable concessions. The night we attended there were awesome fireworks...

We weren't there for baseball, which is my favorite spectator sport. However, my granddaughter & I were there to see a Halloween movie, Hocus Pocus! It was a free event, which was a wonderful gesture as well as a welcome distraction during COVID-19. It was a chilly October night, we needed to have the heat on for most of it, & we were parked a bit off to the side, hence the score of "4", but that still equates to very good! And the stadium's namesake, Senator Joe Bruno, whom I've met a few times, had recently passed away, & they drove his funeral procession through the field on the way to the cemetery earlier that month before they held the movie event. I'd like to think he was there in spirit, enjoying the movie right...

I had ticket "vouchers" for box seats. I call a couple hours before the game a few minutes after the box office opens and they won't help me at all. I get there an hour before the first pitch and they will only give me berm (lawn) tickets. They need to communicate with people better and get their heads out of their @ss. They could have told me this when I called and saved me a trip. Only half the seats were occupied by the first pitch ... Not packed at all! What a bunch of jerks! ...
